No, it's about unreasonable searches. Are you required to have your photo taken to walk on a sidewalk? enter a library? enter a museum? shop in a store? vote?

Yet the NFL is requiring you give up rights in order to enter a building that YOU paid for.

Nope. Surveillance photos have long been accepted as not a search. If you’re face is out it’s available for pictures as long as they’re not publishing for profit. As for your list: yes, yes, yes, yes, and if the building the voting is happening in has surveillance yes.

NFL isn’t requiring you give up anything. You have no right to not be surveilled in somebody else’s property. Every sports stadium in the country has had surveillance cameras for DECADES. Welcome to the party pal.
