Would this be considered born as hermaphrodites? Even the ancient Satyrs would recoil in horror from them.

XY 5-ARD have no female body parts.

Here is how you have to understand it.

XY chromosomes.

SRD5A2 gene causes an enzyme problem. It disrupts formation of genitals.

These people are genetically male. A genetic problem in SRD5A2 doesn’t turn you into a female.
