The problem is not Georgia voters. The problem is the Georgia ghetto vote (like Fulton County).
The problem in Georgia is similar to the problem in Illinois and New York State.
Ghettoes in the cities vote blue and they have very effective "get out the cheat vote" programs (See Stacey Abrams).

To be fair, the alternative for Kemp was Fat Stacy. I didnt’ vote for either. Left those two boxes blank.
