You might have some issues. Why 16? How about 14? 13? Get some help.
I am going to assume you are a woman (sorry if I am wrong).
But having once been a 16 year old boy, I can’t imagine it being considered “rape” if they have sex with a 20 year old woman for instance.
There are differences between the sexes that need to be addressed when it comes to the law in my opinion.
