This appears to be an intersex person but have not seen it officially confirmed.
Olympics has had intersex people before. There was a famous runner decades ago.
It is a dilemma that sports needs to find an answer to..it’s not easy.
Perhaps the criteria should be the amount of testosterone.
What do you do with intersex people who have the female chromosome. Just because you are raised a female does not mean you are one so that shouldn’t be a criteria.

I understand that incompleted males comprise of 1 birth out of about 150,000 births. The solution is pretty simple.
Even low testosterone men can beat up almost every women, so testosterone cannot be the indicator.
It just comes down to, were you born a male or born a female?
Life isn’t fair and not everybody can compete in the Olympics.
What if the person is XXY?

Btw XXY can have the female phenotype. It is less common.
If you want to fine-tune so that you are inclusive of all 8.5 billion people that live today, go ahead. Then every single law on the books must likewise be written to account for 8.5 billion people and their uniqueness to the human race.
It is unfortunate that some people are born the way they are, but we cannot allow them to compete without driving women out of sports altogether, which is the intent of the transgender community. The transgender community hates women, for being women, and they feel the need to absolutely beat women to pulps to teach them a lesson for being a woman. In contacts they make the effort to make women pay.
I get what you are saying, but there is no measure beyond their status at birth that can work.
And if you have all the female body parts are you still a guy if it is XXY. This is one case example. A uterus would seem to make you a woman
You do have to fine tune it. We are seeing an example now. It usually comes up with runners like Semenya . She did a lot of legal fighting but has to follow the testosterone level requirement.
Whatever standards are used, it has to be from birth. Even a few years of testosterone gives male a lifetime advantage over a female. Same with the intersex, a few years of boosted testosterone is for life.
In this case..if boxer is XY then the decision is easy. Should not be allowed.
But if boxer is intersex they need to make rules like those that were put in place for the runners .
It is more important when you are dealing with physical contact sports.
I believe there is also a story about a volleyball player being paralyzed when hit with a ball from a transgender player.
She’s a woman born with XY chromosomes.
Even if they have genetic mutations, one of their organs is vestigial…doesn’t work. An honest doctor could tell
