Well, that should make things a lot easie........oh! If I was in charge (lucky I’m not), honorably discharged folks that wrote a blank check to uncle Sam would be able to go to any medical facility, eye doc, dentist whatever, and be fully covered. Blank checks basically said ‘send me to my death if required’.
I swore an oath to defend and protect the Constitution, not lard-ass bureaucrats in DC....................
