Navy SEALs, Sailors Who Refused Covid Vaccine Win Legal Victory over Biden-Harris Mandate Let’s not forget Harris’ connection to the covid and mask mandates as she takes on the mantle of the 2024 Democratic presidential candidate.
When the Biden-Harris administration issued a covid vaccine mandate for all federal workers, thousands of men and women in the U.S. military were discharged in early 2022 rather than comply. They did not wish to inject something into their bodies about which they had serious health and ethical concerns.
The U.S. Navy discharged over 8,000 members, who faced stiff penalties for refusing to agree to the Biden-Harris mandate.
Navy SEALs and other special operators suffered professional setbacks for refusing the vaccine, despite having their religious accommodation requests denied multiple times.

SEALs and other special operations warfare troops were also told they would have to pay back the cost of their training by the federal government – hundreds of thousands of dollars – and hand over their hard-earned ‘Trident’ pin.
Now these victims of the pseudoscience related to covid have won a major legal victory in reversing the actions taken against them for not following the Biden-Harris mandate.
This article hits home with this old sailor. the Biden-Harris administration, IMHO, are the scum of the earth.

Luckily I wasn’t in any position (ie, salaried) to be coerced or punished for my strong reservations about the shot. My friend’s mom, the most honest and ethical woman you ever saw, had no compunction about forging vax cards for her school-age kids, rather than endanger them with covid shots.
What the whole episode taught me about human nature — :(

WTH does that mean?
This so-called victory is no victory at all. The government doesn’t have to pay any damages to the soldiers that were so unjustly treated, who had their military careers ruined over nothing and have since permanently separated from the military. All they agreed to do is restore their military records and make some platitudes. Sorry but that is not nearly enough and doesn’t even begin to correct this wrong. Sadly, we will all pay the price for this and our new fangled DEI military in our next war.

That is a disgrace
While the victory is great, I find it falling short. It allows the government to retain the crutch that the settlement is based only on religious grounds. It should have been based on provable medical evidence that the orders were illegal because the injections were not safe and effective as claimed, which was the core basis for forcing an unproven, untested, and unsafe serum into military members’ bodies under penalty of losing their jobs, their careers, paying back their bonuses, and surrendering their Tridents. It was disgusting and the government is still pushing these wicked toxic mRNA ‘therapy’ shots on all humans. Prove me wrong, but it is my understanding that mRNA has become the current lazy-man’s method of developing all injections today, which the government deceitfully misnomers as ‘vaccines.’

What a great woman. I identify with a similar mentality when refusing to get a CC permit / license. The scum (state) that issues said CC license does not keep me safe and ultimately that is my responsibility. So I’ll decide when, where and what to carry.

May those who drove the soldiers out be fined with stiff penalties for what they did!
By doing what was done with requiring those shots & forcing some out of the service, they have done incalculable damage to our military. It should be made possible for each person who was damaged by this action to sue the people responsible. By doing this rather than suing the government as a whole,might make certain folks think about ever trying such a dumb stunt again.
