The same site has a short video with audio and an audiograph to know when the shots were fired, but I can’t detect the flash. May be faked, but I don’t know a way to examine frame by frame:

I’ve seen pretty convincing forensics that debunk a 2nd shooter in the upper window overlooking the roof. The angle from the upper window would make the shot nearly impossible.
I had wondered about the lower window.
It would be interesting to see the ballistic review of a shot from the lower window.
