And the subsequent actions of the French Olympic Committee to suppress the videos and destroy the evidence is an admission of guilt, not respect.

I’ve got the same freedom to interpret their performance. I saw it, especially when the fat naked guy painted blue on a platter of food, representing Bacchus, as an affront to the Body and Blood of our Lord.
Insincere apologies are not accepted. I forgive them, however, because they are lost and being used by Satan. I need the Salvation offered through Jesus Christ just as much as they do.
They intentionally rubbed drag queens in our faces using a graphical depiction of the Last Supper. That was intentional. To say otherwise is an outright lie.

The only way they could possibly apologize to me is to mock Muslims, Islam, and Mohammed in a similar way in the closing ceremony. Otherwise, I will never watch the olympics again.

Actually if you watch later, a blue Pan looking guy lays on the table, and others show up. It gets way past the Last Supper head count. It really does look like they just wound up with a couple of very bad frames on the way to their “bacchanalia”. Of course then there’s the question of why exactly they think putting a bacchanalia in the opening ceremonies was a great idea. But whatever. Everybody always hates the ceremonies anyway, so good job I guess.
