Even so. If the SS sniper (why just the one, btw?) and his spotter couldn’t see him, there were dozens and dozens of others that DID see him. There’s something new out now. They’re called radios. I hear they work pretty good. Even small enough now to just have ear buds in and all that. Where’s all the recording and transcripts of that traffic?
I recall hearing that the local LEO and SS radios were not interoperable. I also heard that there are no radio recordings.
