It’s real close here wrt definitions. I certainly believe they tried to ‘engineer’ the perfect confluence of events that could possibly result in an assassination attempt, but still have plausible deniability even as thin and wisping as it has turned out to be.
There is just too much going on here to be anything otherwise.
Someone said all the mistakes were the ‘weaponized incompetence’ that give them plausible deniability. It’s a cover up for some government agency. Which one, we’ll never know.
