Days are getting shorter in the northern hemisphere

Maybe it wobbles when we change the clocks twice a year...trying to figure out whether to go faster or slower.

Scientists first attempt at regulating the wobble was when they mandated "seat belts". Buckling up would lesson the impact of the wobble. I knew then that "something" was happening.
