Perhaps Q had ‘foreseen’ an attempt, but expected that the killer would have been detected sooner. Q has said that events could be countered...

There have been other known, and for sure unknown to us, assination plans and attempts. I don’t see how Q would have known about this one in advance. If Q team did know in advance, they would not have left it up to Trump turning his head at that moment to avoid certain death.

In case you didn't read my original reply BECAUSE IT GOT DELETED...I said that take is STUPID. You are implying "they" did it to scare trump, instead of just killing him. Then they FAILED., because they HIT him. a CENTIMETER diference and he would have been done.
