I found an article about Joe's Ukraine compact on the website for the US Embassy for Ukraine. I searched on the phrase, "Joe Biden Launches the Ukraine Compact" and none of the results were from the MSM, just foreign press and the Ukrainian Embassy, and a few US government links. I found the Ukrainian compact document on Whitehouse.gov and posted it as a thread because usually whatever the MSM doesn't write about is worth checking out.

In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled President Joe Biden Launches the Ukraine Compact , ransomnote wrote:

Did anyone tell Joe? I thought I should post this because it shows that Biden's handlers are promising continued support for Ukraine as of July 11, and the MSM decided to downplay it. Below - some press Biden's dementia earned, at the same time it earned Zelensky more promises of continued military aid.
