I was pretty inconsolable since Saturday before last.
But I guess now that Kabama has been crowned, the seas must have fallen along with gas, groceries, take-out food prices so I’m going to venture out, load up on specialty food like bacon, steak, imported beer, etc. , that I haven’t bought in months, invite over the neighbors and have a real hootenanny.
Anyone else secure any stupendous bargains yet out there since the world changed a couple of days ago thanks to Giggles.
Oh I almost forgot crime and violence must have dropped to zero so I should be safe going out right?

I hear ya, Cats. For the first time since I was in my 20s, I had to put something back at the grocery store. I needed only one egg so I could make homemade Mayo. The cheapest carton of six eggs was $7.99. I just couldn’t justify that.
