I'm watching the video - it's suspicious but I don't know if it will gain traction. The FBI(?) collected this guy's phone because he said he recorded the whole thing, but he had a backup and recorded a LEO when they stopped him later. I sped the video up (it's 30 minutes). It certainly seems like the person filming was cooperating but was treated as if he wasn't.

At the 21:50 mark, the trooper starts quizzing Dayve about a second shooter. Dayve tells the trooper he heard over the Homeland Security Radio that they found Blood in the Bathroom and the second Shooter is on the Loose.
