10 minute video at the link about potential bank instability and looming bailouts. First, in the wake of the 2008 economic downturn, which lasted years, Warren Buffet bought 5 billion dollars worth of Bank of America stock. In the last 9 trading days, he's sold 3 billion dollars worth of Bank of AMerica stock. The video makes the point that others among the elites are selling stock this year. He also notes with the 2008/2009 bank failures, the bailouts were done under Dodd-Frank. He says for some reason, he's suddenly seeing news pieces about Dodd-Frank and how it helped. I'm stopping just after the halfway point in the video, but he advises that we watch to see if Buffet continues to sell.
