Yes. WW1 was really the death of Kings, Queens, and Empires except for the British but it took it’s toll there too.
It gets endlessly deeper. To be honest the end of WW1 shaped the world much more than WW2 did. The biggest impact being the end of the Ottoman Empire and the sheer idiocy of how it was broken up.
