You have to remove all spaces and punctuation in a user name. For instance for Cletus D. Yokel you would put “cletusdyokel”.

Interesting; I’ve search user names countless times over the years and I just couldn’t get it to work this time. This is very odd. Why does one now have to use this radix thingie, and how did you find it?
