Unfortunately, Obama showed that the only way for the 'natural born citizen' to be assessed is by the people. And by your own quote, if Harris were ineligible to be President, she would have also been ineligible to be Vice-President. Since she has been Vice President, she must have 'passed' the Constitutional test as judged by "We, the People" in the election.

Of course, I think the last election was stolen so she didn't really pass that test, but that's not because of some birthright ineligibility. Nonetheless, since she was not found ineligible at the "battle" box, she is as eligible as she needs to be.
