I may have answered my own question about Joe being incapacitated and Harris taking over as per the well-established procedure. It's this: if she does, she gets a huge boost toward the nomination but then she has to pardon Hunter, which will be an equally huge hit. Or they go forward with no pardon.
The Dems are paralyzed and struggling to re-establish control of the narrative. That's going to be a tall order if the current sitting President can't even make a public appearance. Interesting times.

She may not be obliging to pardon Hunter and the rest of them. Remember what happened to Gerald Ford after he pardoned Nixon.
Of course she could wait until after the election to do so.
This next 5 days will be very interesting.
Watch for an industrial size freezer to be delivered to Biden’s home in Delaware.....................
