You are so right…….frightening. If Joe Biden were to enter into any contractural agreement today, it would be considered null and void. There is a law prohibiting people with mental incapacity, including Alzheimer’s, senility. Why is this man being allowed to make decisions for an entire country?

If a person (exhibiting Biden’s identical mental incapacitation) came to a real estate closing, buying or selling, he would NOT be allowed to sign legal documentation. If the same person came in to buy a car, drove it away and killed people, the dealership would be held responsible. The same for a hospital allowing a surgeon to continue to practice with the same mental incapacity. Merrick Garland knows this and yet is doing nothing but praising Biden.
