If a person (exhibiting Biden’s identical mental incapacitation) came to a real estate closing, buying or selling, he would NOT be allowed to sign legal documentation. If the same person came in to buy a car, drove it away and killed people, the dealership would be held responsible. The same for a hospital allowing a surgeon to continue to practice with the same mental incapacity. Merrick Garland knows this and yet is doing nothing but praising Biden.
The Deep State runs things anyway, even if a Republican is sitting in the White House.
Given the SCOTUS eliminating Chevron, the Deep State has 6 months to figure out a way to save itself, especially since Biden (his handlers) do not need to face voters.
Despite all the incompetence inside government, if there is one thing that the Deep State is best at, it is preserving and strengthening itself.
They have nothing to loose at this juncture - expect anything in these next few months as Bidens people leave a scorched country as they walk out the doors.
