In my opinion, if the Biden’s had already received their group pardon, the whole bunch would have skedaddled out of town. All those knives in Joe’s back tells Dr. Harpy to trust no one about the pardons. Immediate full pardons for all Bidens is probably the price. What candidate wants to complete the campaign having just let off the entire crime family? The Harpy and Hunter are choosing freedom or jail.
President Biden can issue those pardons anytime.
He has not because it would be bad for the campaign.
Federal pardons only cover federal crimes.
The Biden family has committed a bunch of state crimes that cannot be pardoned.
