It seems we’re in agreement then. =)

I do think that the world understands that the USA was built on the Judeo-Christian worldview, and the freedoms and successes we’ve had are the fruit of that - at least in the past before the society fell apart. As with the nation of Israel, I think God shows the world His Law and Gospel by the way He deals with those who either obey Him or fall away. His redemption is a beautiful thing to behold, and I hope and pray that it will be seen clearly through all of us. Including Trump.
It is interesting to me that Richard Dawkins (if I’m remembering this correctly) is an atheist but he says he thinks that Christianity makes the world a better place. If it’s not too late (I don’t remember hearing that he’s died yet), I hope he considers why that is - that such fallen creatures as us would somehow have strength and love that is beyond what we as just normal human beings would otherwise have.
I am really, really enjoying Tucker Carlson. The newness of his faith is so infectious. I see so many reasons to believe that God is working in individual lives and that He can conduct all these little handbells (us) to make a beautiful symphony that brings joy, beauty, and love to everyone who sees or hears it - including His original people, the people of Israel.
Yes. Good for Tucker! We are changed bit by bit. Some blessed to do so more quickly and stubborn old girls like me who don’t truly come to Christ until almost 60 have a lot of bad habits to let go of. By God’s grace the old skin is shedding off though.
