While I agree with most the speech was too long by 30 minuntes,
this was less a speech than a family talk after a very long separation.
Remember, many of these people have not seen Trump in person since 2020.
Yes, the tone of the whole convention was like a family reunion of long lost relatives. In some ways I felt I was intruding on an intimate gathering of people who love America’s Churchill. And I don’t care how long his speech was. If speaking was a catharsis for this man, so be it. Compared to the abject evil of the other side, I just want to bathe in God’s mercy and pray that I in some way can make this nation god-fearing again!
