The star logo makes sense to me but the idea of the shadow at the very top changing like that doesn’t make sense to me. Shadows from the sun don’t move around like that, on a stationary object.
For what it’s worth, Erik Prince says it was somebody on the water tower who shot and killed the guy they’re calling Crooks. I don’t know what evidence he uses to support that.
It’s a digital ghost. A lossy video compression algorithm on the source video leaving digital artifacts + a digital zoom with pixel smoothing (creating new pixels) which itself causes digital artifacts + a lossy compression algorithm on the newly zoomed video leaving digital artifacts. Where’s the muzzle flash? People are seeing ghosts.
