The police said they set up a very short boundary and the shooter was out side that short boundary. So the shooter parked his car out side the boundary. He carried a huge ladder from the parking lot to the building. Likely went back to get his rifle climbed the ladder to the roof and the police could only watch from about 400 feet away?
Biden gave Trump Secret service protection. To give Trump a false sense of security. The USSS counter snipers was in three positions. Two of them where blocked by a tree. no line of site to the Assassin. The other was facing the wrong way at the critical time. Important part is none took action as in scrubbing the event getting Trump out. Even when one police officer went up the ladder and the assassin pointed his weapon at him.
The police never took action.
