Rush himself used to talk often about why he gave up tv. He didn’t like it. He said it just didn’t allow him the spontaneity and rapid jump from thought to thought that he enjoyed in radio.
Now that would be an interesting turn of events...
I saw Tucker on TV tonight.
He was walking down a flight of stairs at the RNC, waving at people.

Rush’s explanation was that the TV show was aired at varying times in syndication and could not gain traction in the ratings.
Rush was radio. He got to pick his stories from the headlines and as he pleased. Short of doing something for Trump, I think Tucker is happy where he’s at.
I miss Rush a lot. He’d be all over this 💩 show we’re in now. RIP Rush wish you were here.

Yeah, it’s satire. I haven’t watched a second of late night network shows in over 20 years probably. Ever since Dave Letterman turned into an unfunny kook. And I’m a night owl too. Can’t stand Colbert, whatever that rectum’s name is on NBC or Kimmel. They all suck.

I stayed up to watch Rush a few times in the Cleveland market. He was aired at 3 am. Jerkwater stations wouldn’t give him a decent time slot even though he would have outdrawn most of their own programming.
