In all the cries for unity, I would like a dissent. The Bible says we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers. Trump like all of us is not a perfect person but he has named the name of Jesus and he experienced a miracle of preservation Saturday. From Russian collusion lies to impeachments to false convictions to now assassination attempts, he has been targeted by the Evil One. FR has done a marvelous job of having us pray for Trump daily. We must continue to do so. I do not think this evil cabal will stop. Whether this shooter was a lone wolf of guided by darker powers is disputable. In any event the forces of darkness (including the modern democratic party) will continue to escalate attacks on Donald Trump. I beg of you to keep him in your prayers. I know the heart of many leftists and they are evil continually!

So do I. Our CEO and many of the VPs are openly gay. Heck the rainbow flag is on a tall pole at the home office, but not an American flag. 19 years with this woke bunch I understand all too well. They don’t necessarily see it as weakness. They prefer to look at it as HATE speech and “not being inclusive” or “accepting” on the conservative’s part. That I stand on and will not budge.

I guarantee you that pointing out their sin will not be seen as any form of grace. Leftists see themselves as morally and intellectually superior to us. Any suggestion that they are wrong about anything will be met with stiff resistance or even hatred.
But I think you’re missing my original point which is that any display of understanding or empathy with someone on the Left will be perceived as a sign of weakness on our part. And trust me, the Left see’s weakness as an invitation to push further.
BTW I worked with around some fairly conservative gays who didn’t share the liberal views of other gays in the organization. Made for some strange interpersonal dynamics.

The only way to correct that is for the Right to show some strength and resolve. Unfortunately, that is rarely the case. We usually elect talkers, not fighters who will stand up for us. Trump is a rare exception in the GOP, which is a soulless party devoid of any conviction or determination.
They don’t want unity. They want compliance and capitulation.
