Anyone else notice Trump’s difficulty getting up from his seat in the convention hall? Noticed it last night and again tonight. It could just be the seats?
He probably strained some muscles when he had to get down on the stage while dodging bullets. Some of the agents could have bruised him in the chaos.
I’ve noticed too ... I don’t think it’s the seat
I noticed that also.
I thought they said he was bruised from the SS tackling him.

Trump referred to the Agents who tackled him as 'linebackers' and said they hit him so hard it knocked his shoes off. They wanted him down. Converging on him from different angles, I can't imagine the force that hit him in terms of body mass + velocity + patriotism. At 78 years of age, that could have broken ribs. I read that he showed a bruise he had on his side (no source).
The President is probably very sore from dropping to the floor and having SS pile onto him.

In addition to the pain and bruising, and the post trauma whirlwind of thought
preventing rest, our sorely abused President may also be breaking in new shoes.
