Yes. not the same guy. The ears are questionable for me.
As the lobs on the dead guy are next to none. It's as though the lobs been cut off or something. Also has a large cut in the upper part of the dead guys ear again as thought the ear was cut.
I would suggest this guy was abused or self mutilation.
I'm going by the scars in both eye brows on the guy on the left. The guy on the right has no scars in the eye brows.

Another thing VERY odd. The guy on the right was shot in the mouth with a low velocity weapon. The bullet likely a pistol went between the front teeth and through the nasal passage. If it was a high velocity weapon his front teeth would be knocked out completely. Low velocity would force the teeth back as you can see in the pic.

you know what is stranger? This is how the body in the Las Vegas shooting looked. he was shot in the mouth. Same MO.

This guy has a tattoo on his neck line. Someone touched the tattoo removing some of the blood. I will hold on what i believe it says. It's very hard to make out. See if anyone else can see what it says.

Next up...the blood on his face is dried up AND crusty.
That indicates quite a bit of time has passed.
Was this man (Yearick, IMPO) already dead and brought up to the roof?
