Did the Dems have a virtual convention?
Did they have a zoom meeting?.
What procedure exists for the case where a candidate drops out before the convention, and there are no other candidates in the party?
There is NO Constitutional requirement, rule, regulation or act of law that Parties must comply with to choose their candidate.
A political party is an independent entity that clings to the government’s money teat.
It is well to remember that no open primary election was ever held; realistic threats like RFK Jr were sent packing - even denied Secret Service protection.
What the 'pubbies are doing in shouting about all of Bitem's delegates is pointing out that the 'Rat Party does not have fair and open elections! ...that 'our democracy' translates as "We will tell you who your candidate is."
