Someone, perhaps with the FBI, told Judge Engoron to delay sentencing because it was intimated that Trump would be “deal with” extra judicially. Whoever it was may have made Engoron an offer he could not refuse.

My guess is lawfare in all forms is DOA after the murder attempt on Trump. The Dems can’t play this games in the wake of all this. It would be a foolish political mistake on their part.
