The only person who should have ever been on top of that building or any other shown in the picture should have been honest ss, if there are any. They have gotten too bold, too smug. Surely they effed this one up.
It is. Look at it on Google Streetview, you can see the two cell towers from the parking lot at the front of the building and the Farm Show buildings beyond.
Put it this way, if you were an idiot who knew nothing about security, wouldn’t you draw a circle of some radius around the podium and think, “let’s secure this whole area?” That circuilt would include all of the AGR buildings - and not very many others. It’s like they “missed” the only obvious vantage point.

Easy answer is they did not miss it.
Why they did nothing will be very interesting, if the media reports anything.
