Looks like he caught one near the left cheek bone and out behind and below the right ear.

Looks like he had some type of cosmetic change to his right ear lobe, spockian looking.

I’m normally queasy about bloody pictures, but this didn’t bother me at all. And - if this is a Chinese person, I can’t tell from the picture.
