I remember reading about a study of centegenarians, and they found that all the stuff they tell you to do was not the common denominator. The common denominator was the ability to adapt and stay happy.
I also remember reading recently a headline that people who take lots of vitamins are more likely to die earlier. I’m wondering how much that has to do with the chalky substance they make capsules out of. It’s interesting though.

I haven’t yet read those articles but was the amount of iron in the multivitamin and mineral supplements treated as an independent variable? That alone could explain the findings. Or did they lump all vitamin supplements together — worthless study.
