Too optimistic. The American public is generally stupid and distracted. Out of habit, the public will turn to the same old outlets, even though those outlets have been proven to lie their butts off.

I SO AGREE.
I know some very intelligent, educated people. They only see sound bites on TV or listen to NPR and they are NOT interested in “politics”...
they see no connection to their every day lives. Inflation, oh yeah, prices are going up. A wide open border? Uh, hmmm. Joe Biden? uh, they’re all the same, it doesn’t make any difference.
And then we have conservative gun owners-—millions— who don’t even register to vote.
I give up.
Yes, way too optimistic. Lots of people want to be lied to.
Anyone with 1/2 a brain already know the media ALWAYS lies!
