I SO AGREE.
I know some very intelligent, educated people. They only see sound bites on TV or listen to NPR and they are NOT interested in “politics”...
they see no connection to their every day lives. Inflation, oh yeah, prices are going up. A wide open border? Uh, hmmm. Joe Biden? uh, they’re all the same, it doesn’t make any difference.
And then we have conservative gun owners-—millions— who don’t even register to vote.
I give up.

A good friend of mine describes himself as “left of center”. The reality is, he’s a solid leftist and doesn’t even know it. You described him perfectly. He consumes mainstream media, hides behind the cover of they’re all the same, and casts doubts about things from the “right wing media”, (FOX).
I need Trump to win so we can delay the fall of this country for 4 years. I’m well into the back 9 of life, so a 4 year reprieve is big.
