Manchester NH is one of the more livable US mid size cities—but there are a few strange folks there.
Some of the suburbs (like Bedford) are beautiful and very safe.
The neighbor was obviously having a psychotic episode. Either needing medication or off medication or using illegal drugs.
But it’s the freak of NH.
The majority race in Bedford overall is white, making up 87.8% of residents. The next most-common racial group is Asian at 6.4%.
I get the picture.
