The money can be returned, used to pay remaining debts and payroll, or kept for a future campaign.

Biden could, I think, even declare a run as an independent and keep the money to finance that campaign.

If Biden drops out the only one who could access the donations is Hairass

I’ll just say...a lot of fake drama here. In the end, it’s either Joe with Gov Newsom as VP choice, or Harris running for President, with some fill-in for VP. That’s the only way the campaign chest of money stays intact.

They waited too long to swap out...should have been engaged to dump Joe for dementia back in the summer of 2023, and dump Joe....letting Harris step in.

Trump saw all of this approaching and has played it correctly....let Joe or Kam talk as much as they want. Neither could sell used cars with their campaign-chatter. From the past 70-odd years...it is presently the weakest ticket ever (even Hillary had a better ticket).
