Here's my recommendation:
1. Pour 6 oz (a half bottle) of 'Cave Creek Chili Beer' into a tall glass;
2. Add a shot of your favorite vodka;
3. Add 1-2 ice cubes;
4. Top it off with 2-3 jalapeno disks; and
5. Pour the entire contents of the glass into the closest sink, fill the glass with water, and drink that.

I was with you just up to half way through 5. I would say toss that crap out and fill a glass with bourbon.
Go America!

Bourbon Strawberry Iced Tea / Liquor.com / Tim Nusog
Boozy iced tea w/ muddled strawberries, l/juice, bourbon, simple syrup, and unsugared iced tea.
Add the strawberry-blueberry garnish for a Fourth of July flair.

Hard cider or applejack would be on a patriotic list.
Whiskey would certainly be on the list since the British cut off rum, wine, and gin after the war started and whiskey increased in popularity.
Whiskey was also central to the Whiskey Rebellion when the producers rightfully opposed a tax on domestic production instead of taxes on imports which led to incidents of tarring and feathering Federal tax officials and the burning of their homes.
