BBC radio presenter David Aaronovitch urged US President Joe Biden to "hurry up" and have former President Donald Trump "murdered" in a post to X on Monday in response to the United States Supreme Court ruling that a sitting president has criminal immunity for official acts.

It definitely wasn’t satire. Satire reflects something that is often humorous but that isn’t actually factual. These cretins on the left really do want Trump dead (See: Kathy Griffin’s “”satire””).

Once upon a time when the population moved coast-to-coast at 45-50 MPH, it made some sense to have an inauguration some 2 1/2 months after the election.
The country now moves physically at 450-500 mph and electronically at nearly the speed of light.
There is no good reason for an outgoing administration to hang around (and create mischief) for as long as it did when WW2 was finished. As Candidate Trump was wont to say in 2015-2016: “Get ‘em outta here!”
