If Ukraine has been losing at the same rate or more than Russia, Russia would have would have been at the Polish and Romanian borders in a month after the invasion started. After Kharkiv and Kherson took back most of what Russia did not already control, Russia has taken less than 100 square miles, at a far greater cost than Ukraine.
Those loses for such small results favor Ukraine. Your opinion over that is irrelevant.
