AG’s now (thanks to Harry Reid) only need a simple majority for consent, which is not expected to be an issue in ‘25.

Then he should appoint somebody like Paxton (TXAG) as the DOJ czar, like obola did, to get around not being able to get his desired appointments confirmed.

Not only that; Trump won’t even be able to get a Deputy Assistant Undersecretary of Anything confirmed unless there are 60 Republicans in the Senate.
