Here’s what I want to know:
How did the shooter know that that particular roof would be empty and that he would be hard for counter snipers to see as he crawled into position?
He was a pretty perfect distance to pull off that shot. So he only had a limited number of buildings to choose from. He brought a ladder, so being on a rooftop was pre-planned.
The eyewitness who filmed the shooter on the roof was just on Fox with Laura Ingrham. He said the policeman climbed the side of the building (No Ladder) and was holding on from the roof and he just fell down to the ground after the perp aimed at him. He made no mention of a ladder and clearly said the cop climbed the side of the building. Cop couldn’t shoot as he was hanging from the roof, not a ladder.
More importantly, why wasn’t a SS agent on any roofs with a sight line. Staffing shortage? Any decent sniper hide would have seen his approach before he made the roof.
