I have yet to see the rifle and am at a loss to say it was scoped.

No way that mope did that fast without a scope. Although, outside of Trump his shots were scattered. Scoped .223 or 7.62X39 would fit, possible with open sights but doubtful. Even those calibers bounce around without a tight sling. Just ain’t seeing a competent shooter here.
