My theory.
Now it is proven that the SS cannot protect Trump. He came 1/4 of being assassinated. He is the CiC, and the military knows it. I think some major shakeup/intervention will happen very soon. Maybe something even Q-ish.

I suggested the possibility of an air gun to my son at the time. However, I thought the shots had come from within the rally compound. I forget how effective for snipers an air gun would be at, say, 200+ yards... could help explain the head shot.
