Secret service counter strike on assassination attempt

The SS Agent did see the shooter before the round went off. you can see he lifted his head. The round went off on Trump. Then the counter strike. I'm not blaming him. at first glance it does look like the proper action by the Agent. He was a fraction of a second to slow.

Trump did a sudden head movement that rotated his head clockwise, this means that the bullet entry point would have hit the back of his skull and killed him instantly had he not.
