People have to understand most of these stories are GOP Swamp Filth who increasingly can see Trump winning and all their influence and power and money from the RNC going away forever.

Biden is 100% sure of two things. 1) No one else can get the nomination but Harris. The women and blacks will demand it. 2) He is more able to beat Trump than she is. Far more able.
Given those two realities, he will argue TO THE DNC that they have no choice but to circle the wagons.
I agree with you with only one addition: Add "Bill Clinton and Barack Obama" to those who are 100% sure. That's why they came out and stood by him. Those two are more politically savvy than the rest of the DNC put together.
All this Dem freakout is fun to watch, but will come to nothing. Joe will be the nominee. And almost certainly will lose, but they'll cross that bridge when they come to it.
